Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Collections/Accounts Receivable Specialist for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Provides assistance to the business in managing AR collections and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare AR general ledger account reconciliations and provide explanations when required.
- Communicates effectively with customers (via email and phone) to achieve resolution of unapplied cash within service level agreement (SLA)
- Prior Collections and Customer Service experience preferred.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM, ERP, SAP, Oracle
- This is a Monday through Friday position with an 8-hour workday expectation.
- Start time may be flexible, 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, but typical work hours are 8:00AM – 4:30PM.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience with Excel.
