The Fountain Group is Hiring a Care Manager Near Phoenix, AZ

Full time, direct hire position.

Address: 4039 E. Raymond St. Phoenix, AZ 85040

Pay: $80,000 - 90,000 depending on experience.

Must have 3-5 years of experience managing a clinic in a primary care setting.

Will be overseeing Medical Assistants and clinical team; needs solid experience leading people as this is a true people leader.

Will do a daily morning huddle to discuss all the announcements and then go into individual huddles per clinic (in house) - in that huddle they discuss the day, needs for the providers, needs for MAs, etc.

Needs someone who can lead with compassion but not be afraid to have a conversation

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. Lunch at (12pm)
  • Target start date: 11/4
