Hello, my name is Thomas Gillitzer and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Lobby & Front Desk Ambassador for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- The Lobby Ambassador must be highly hospitable, have a sense of urgency, anticipate the needs of our employees and guests and work well under pressure.
- Fast paced, high energy environment The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for our employees and guests arriving into our space.
- Complete a daily checklist of basic tasks to maintain the space, maintain an electronic list of access cards assigned to staff, providing lost or damaged access card numbers to the security team for cancellation, respond to all communication and email in a timely manner.
- Shift is either 7:30am-4:30pm (open lobby) or 8:30am-5:30pm (close lobby).
