My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Documentation / Data Entry Coordinator for a prominent client of ours.

This position is located in Glen Allen, VA. Details for the position are as follows :

Contract role of 3 months, possible extensions. Pay range is $20 / hr. Fully Onsite.

Job Description :

Process State or customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures utilizing proprietary and Microsoft suite applications.

Understand and follow security guidelines.

Create process documentation.

Work with team members to assist in the training and implementation of process and policy changes.

Assist customers, team members and / or vendors with training on products, jurisdictional requirements using a consultative approach.

Analyze data and recommend process improvements and reporting.

Qualifications :

Seeking experience in data entry, documentation, filing / scanning, customer service.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook along with excellent data entry skills.

Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
