The Fountain Group is Hiring a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager Near Santa Clara, CA

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in remote. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
  • $66.67/HR based on experience!
  • 12-month contract position (Potential to convert based on performance/budget) (Preference to EST/CST)
  • Responsible for:
    • Lead global chat strategy across company's websites, in close partnership with global Marketing and Sales stakeholders
    • Product owner of Drift Chat, including the creation of business requirements, development of a robust roadmap aligned to business goals, and resource prioritization to optimize business value
    • Partner with stakeholders (across all Marketing geos/ GTMs including Field, Campaigns Teams, Web, Data Science, MarTech) to implement demand gen and omni-channel strategies
    • Develop a content plan that focuses on conversational marketing and the buyer's journey, including program management, public-facing conversational chat content creation, and QA
    • Evaluate new offerings, and manage the rollout of new tool functionality and integrations (e.g. AI capabilities), in close partnership with Web, Data Science, and IT Teams
    • Manage vendor relationship (including Professional Services), contractors, and agency support; and develop program management processes for effective resource allocation
    • Continuously triage and prioritize against goals; handle escalations and last-minute high-priority requests to ensure business continuity
    • Partner with global Sales teams to optimize pipeline and bookings outcomes from Drift, including routing strategy, content and messaging, review and feedback cadence, enablement
    • Track ROI of Drift, analyze and identify areas for improvement
    • Train Marketing and Sales users on Drift chat, including the develop of scalable enablement plans and material that span global teams
    • Drive adoption of tools, solving for end-user experience gaps with internal and external customers
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum Bachelors degree required.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a B2B tech environment required- good job tenure required.
    • Knowledge of marketing content and campaign strategy
    • Salesforce experience required.
    • Experience with Drift (or similar conversational chat)
    • Excellent organizational, project management, and collaboration skills. Skilled at resolving conflicts by taking an open communication style, customer-centric, service-minded, positive, win-win approach.
    • Ability to develop productive and consultative working relationships across Marketing, Sales and IT teams.
    • Fast learner, eager to learn new technologies. Roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and willingness to take the initiative and make things happen.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects at once, prioritize, work independently, and problem solve, working comfortably under pressure.
    • Articulate communicator, both written and verbal
    • Understanding of end-to-end lead management flow
