The Fountain Group is Hiring a Documentation Specialist Near Scarborough, ME
The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Documentation Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Scarborough, ME 04074. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- $30-$32/hour based on previous experience.
- Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Helping with record remediation, going through records, and updating information in document management system (DMS).
- Develop, run, and distribute reports as scheduled or upon request for management and/or audit use.
- Comply with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Food and Drug Regulations (FDA).
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma, 2 years of relevant experience working with large document management systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
- GDP experience is highly preferred.
- Computer Savvy
- Strong Attention to detail
