The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Lexington, MA.
Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
- Pay $25.00- $30.00 / HR to start!
- Shift : M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm.
- HYBRID ROLE.
- 6-month assignment, likely to extend or convert based on performance and budget.
- Position will be mainly responsible for performing benefit investigations with insurance companies, counseling patient / family on reimbursement options, managing patient transition and working with nurses to provide injection / infusion training to patients.
Qualifications :
- HS Diploma minimum education. College degree is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior case management is required.
- MS Office experience is required. Proficiency with MS Excel is highly desired.
- Experience working with a CRM is highly preferred, but not required.
