We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and expectations.
- Using this information the Designer/Partner will rapidly prototype and assimilate feedback and quickly incorporate any changes into the design process.
- In partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts use Instructional Design Methodologies to assess, recommend, design and implement training programs using multiple learning methods (i.e. on-the-job, classroom, online, informal and blended delivery) that effectively address learning needs and translate learning to behavior.
- Determine if existing content will meet the learning needs assessment or if modification or new content will need to be developed.
- 5-7 years' experience applying core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning
- Proficiency in course development software such as Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) and Adobe Cloud.
- Experience creating SCORM compliant web based training.
- Conducted both instructor-led and/or on the job training.
- Ability to utilize Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Sites) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in a GMP Biologics Manufacturing facility, SAP, SingleLIMS, Veev plus
