• $1m Production last 12 months
• Proven Knowledge Base in the Disney Area Neighborhoods Zoned for STR's
• Past Experience in Property Management - Beneficial, Not Required
• Active on (at least) 1 Social Media Platform

Demonstrates Strong Connection within the community - potential examples of prospect’s community connections: through fitness activities, school networks, neighborhood HOA, country club, golfing, tennis, running, volunteerism, charity work, etc
