Unique opportunity to work for a small, family owned furniture restoration business in a high paced, yet relaxed work atmosphere. Full time position focused on managing the front office as well as responsible for all bookkeeping functions, including monthly payroll, quarterly reports and year end information to hand to the accountant. Also includes working with customers at the front counter helping them to transform their treasured furniture. Requirements-

• Degree in business with an emphasis in accounting and business management.
• Quickbooks with a minimum of 2 years experience and familiarity with accrual accounting.
• Office management with a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, word processing, accounting, Google suite and customer relations.
• Familiarity and prior experience with an ERP system is helpful.
• Love of furniture, design, fabrics/coverings and an eye for detail
• Problem solver and willing to take on the challenging (as well as the average)
• Plays well with others, good communication skills (and doesn’t run with scissors!)
• Acquainted with some woodworking, refinishing and upholstery skills and a love for design would be great, but not a deal breaker
• Valid and current driver’s license
