We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot issues, answer inquiries, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Duties
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services
- Assist customers with product information, service-related questions, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Utilise communication skills to build strong customer relationships
Skills
- Experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
