The G Marketer is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near New York, NY

We are seeking a friendly and resourceful Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is positive and effective.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issues
- Provide product information and resolve any customer complaints
- Utilise computerised systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills
- Familiarity with client services and outbound calling is advantageous
