About You:

- 21 years old

- Active LPN license in good standing

- Experience with seniors and memory care preferred

- Strong nursing and leadership background

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Your Role:

- Lead and manage resident care staff

- Create and oversee staff schedules

- Train and monitor staff performance

- Handle documentation and implement new state regulations

- Develop and execute personalized care plans

- Collaborate with families and medical professionals
