The Galman Group is Hiring a Porter / Cleaner Near Jenkintown, PA
- Wipe down all common area appliances
- Sweep and mop all common area hard floors
- Vacuum common area floors and stairwells
- Clean all common area windows (interior and sills)
- Clean all common area doors inside and out
- Sweep entrance areas into all buildings
- All baseboards
- Empty common area trash cans
- Clean all building laundry areas (to include exterior of washer/dryers, all flooring in and around laundry area)
- Clean the Leasing Office: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom, all glass surfaces.
- Pick up around property grounds on daily basis - keep office aware of any on-going problem areas so that residents can be notified.
- Cleaning/ touching up of vacant apartments at turn as determined by Property Manager.
