This position is hybrid with an anticipated work schedule of Monday-Friday with three days on-site and two days working remote.
A pivotal member of the Finance team working directly with the VP of Finance to manage and report financial data for the organization. Primary responsibility is to prepare financial reports and documentation while examining and analyzing financial data and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures. This position will be an integral member of the Finance team tracking monthly financial and operational activity as it relates to budget and prior period, formulating monthly flash forecasts, and assisting with budget development and tracking. This position will learn the operations; business and industry well enough to apply operational budget modeling, cost/benefit productivity, and economic factors to financial reporting and analysis. Position will track and review operational KPIs to determine appropriate budget to operational alignment. Position will assist and support the VP of Finance as needed.
