Job Title: Program Analyst I
Location: Stafford, VA
Job Summary/Purpose: :The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Program Analyst I to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.:

Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
  • Provide general administrative and business operations support.
  • Perform clerical duties.
  • Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of program documentation and technical reports, conduct assessments, and communicate results.
  • Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
  • Monitor program progress and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide periodic status reports as needed.
  • Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.
  • Prepare program correspondence as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to produce documents with minimal errors is highly desired.
  • Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Able to work within multi-functional teams.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications:
  • High School Diploma required.
