The Gents Place is Americas Ultra-Premium Mens Grooming & Lifestyle Club. With locations across the country, we are seeking Grooming Specialists, Barbers, Shoe Shine Specialists and Member Concierges to help us meet the demands of our rapidly growing membership base.
Every month, we take ACTION and:
- Volunteer our time providing Haircuts for the Homeless (2000 haircuts provided): https://thegentsplace.com/community-impact/

- Invest 250 hours in Education for our team members across the country

Job description:
- The ideal Member Services Coordinator is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a sales environment.
- This is NOT a receptionist job; its about providing exceptional service to our guests and members visiting us for their men's grooming services.
- All reservations are handled OFFSITE, so you spend most of your time starting and keeping empowering conversations with our members and guests
- Youre educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based mens grooming club
- You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas
- Youre playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar (no experience required, training provided, and no fancy beverages to make)
- Youre completing all of our personal and professional development training programs in order to be your best
- Im extroverted
- I love starting up a fun conversation
- I have lots of energy
- Im passionate about serving others
- I love showing up looking my best
