Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.
BSN OR enrollment in BSN program to be completed in 5 years.
Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience in an acute care setting.
BLS certification (ACLS within 3 months of hire)
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong organizational and attention to detail.
