Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and production of bakery items, including measuring ingredients, mixing dough, and baking goods.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery orders and answering any questions they may have.
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and presentation of bakery items.
- Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies need to be replenished.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Sales experience in the food industry is a plus.
