Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney or Of Counsel role at The Gil Law Group, P.C. located in Aurora, IL. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling legal issues related to family law, preparing and filing motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court.
Qualifications
- Experience in Family Law, including handling legal issues related to family matters
- Proficiency in preparing and filing motions
- Experience in conducting depositions
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
