We're looking for a HR Support professional to join our team in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will show reliability and dedication to the team, as well as the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support.
Participate in a variety of special projects as assigned
Coordinate and schedule travel and accommodations
Assist with tasks related to new hire training and orientation
Greet and welcome visitors and guests
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage interruptions
Ability to deliver quality results in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities;
Capacity to work collaboratively; a self-starter with the ability to work
