Currently, our staff is expanding to accommodate our growth. With that in mind, we are looking to hire a career minded individual:

• SALES Manager - ($10,000-$20,000 )
• FINANCE Manager - ($7,500-$18,000 )

With AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE who is a friendly, motivated, business-driven individual to join our team. We offer a superior and ethical sales & service culture with ongoing training and development. All candidates are expected to possess the following:

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Prior automotive Sales/Finance Management experience is REQUIERED

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of automotive sales and finance operations
- Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers and negotiate sales deals
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets
- Provide leadership and support to the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize dealership experience to optimize sales processes and inventory management
- Uphold high standards of customer service and uphold company values
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $7,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month
