Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the culinary, hotel, kitchen, catering, and banquet facilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Stock and replenish supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
Note: This position does not involve direct involvement in food service or culinary activities. The janitorial duties primarily support the cleanliness and sanitation of the culinary, hotel, kitchen, catering, banquet facilities.
