Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early education and development of young children. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in areas such as math, literacy, and social skills
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special needs or learning challenges
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Monitor student progress and assess their development through regular observations and assessments
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and social-emotional growth
- Foster a love for learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements

Experience:
- 12 Units or more of Early Childhood Education Courses
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for students with special needs
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Experience in literacy education and promoting early literacy skills
- Knowledge of math concepts appropriate for preschool-aged children
- Understanding of child welfare guidelines and regulations
