The Store Training Manager is responsible for implementing effective training programs for employees within a retail store environment. They work closely with store management to identify training needs, and deliver training sessions to ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively. The Store Training Manager is also providing ongoing coaching and support, and maintaining training records.
