Corporate Access Client Conference Services Coordinator (Conferences, Corporate Events & Marketing)
We have an opening for a Corporate Access Client Conference Services Coordinator (Conferences, Corporate Events & Marketing) at a major large international financial firm downtown. There is room for growth and advancement. In this role the person will be the point of contact for events, conferences, planning, logistics, invites, managing guest lists, marketing, etc. Will also handle all internal Conference Center requests. conference room bookings, set ups, and be responsible for internal and external events, invite lists, marketing, booking meetings, support and good MS office skills.
