Hiring Corporate Access/Conference/Event Coordinator for Investment Bank Downtown/NYC.
Must have 1-3 years of Corporate Access/Events/Road Show experience.
The person will work alongside the conference team members to handle all company communications and interactions with the companies, vendors, clients and internal groups.
The Conference Coordinator will be the front face for coordinating and executing our investor conferences.
Responsibilities include: ꞏ Managing the presenter and client registration process and experience; ꞏ Creating and tracking of invitations to the conferences; ꞏ Coordinating the conference agenda with the companies, analysts and bankers; ꞏ Creating and distributing weekly reports, including company status updates and RSVP reports; ꞏ Creating marketing materials for the conferences; ꞏ Acquire knowledge of institutional account base and the financial services industry; ꞏ On-site management of in-person conferences; ꞏ Assist with event logistics on corporate access or other events on an as needed basis; ꞏ Assist with various ad-hoc projects which could include data entry, event reporting and onsite event support.
Qualifications: ꞏ Bachelor’s Degree required and ideally 2 years in conference planning or corporate events; ꞏ Corporate Access, Roadshow coordinator or Event Marketing experience a plus ꞏ High proficiency in web-based registration and meeting scheduling software ꞏ Must have excellent computer skills; proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Powerpoint, Internet and database management; working knowledge of Meetmax and Singletrack a plus; ꞏ Exceptional attention to detail, must be self-motivated, articulate, and possess excellent verbal, written communications strong interpersonal skills
