**Bath Store Sales Assistant**

**Department:** Groton Showroom **Location:** Groton, CT

The Ultimate Bath Stores Sales Assistant is responsible for teaming up with the store sales associates to create an optimal selling environment, close sales, and deliver top-notch post sale operational and customer service support. This is a full-time position with hours that may include evenings and or weekends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Greet customers by phone and in person in a professional and welcoming manner

* Help manage scheduling for visits and appointments for sales associates

* Ability to promptly reply to voicemails and emails from customers

* Work with the Director of Ultimate Bath Stores to ensure all product displays are in good condition and up to date

* Schedule and participate in on-going product and sales training offered by the company and vendors

Education and Experience

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
