Location : Malibu, CA

Schedule : Hours are 2pm 8pm

This role calls for a minimum of 30 hours a week (take home) but could be 50 hours sometimes

Compensation : $30 per hour, take home. Will offer a stipend towards benefits.

A warm and welcoming family is seeking a responsible, caring, and energetic nanny to care for three children in Malibu. Ages 4, 5, and 6, during the afternoons.

The ideal candidate will have experience with young children, a genuine love for kids, and the ability to manage multiple children simultaneously.

Hours are a minimum of 30 hours week and a maximum of 50 hours a week

Responsibilities :

• Pick up children from school or daycare and safely transport them home (if necessary).
• Prepare and serve nutritious snacks and light meals.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, and educational games.
• Assist with homework and school projects.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
• Encourage good manners, positive behavior, and social skills.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children (e.g., tidying play areas, washing dishes after meals, and doing children’s laundry).
• Communicate regularly with parents

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a nanny in a private home preferably with children of similar ages.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage three young children simultaneously and handle potential conflicts or challenging behaviors calmly and effectively.
• Non-smoker.

Additional Requirements :

Must be legally authorized to work in the US and have a clear driving and background check. Provide at least three references from previous childcare roles.
