Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Host/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations, and assist in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with accuracy
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, sales, or restaurant industry preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant software is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items
