- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervise and train staff members
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of banquet, coffee, catering, bartending, and food production operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the position
