The Green Team is growing and looking for a new team member! We are looking for a Full-Time Lawn Care Technician to be a part of our group. The Green Team is a family owned company, with locations in North Carolina and Virginia. We pride ourselves on having a great work environment while offering top industry pay and benefits! Our Lawn Technicians are the face of our company and need to provide high quality, customer focused, lawn care services. Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and a stable work history. We are looking for someone who is interested in a long term career! No experience is necessary, we will provide the training for you to be successful.

What You Will Do:

• Perform fertilizer and chemical applications
• Follow clear systems and procedures
• Aerate and Seed lawns
• Monitor turf health, diagnose problems, and communicate with customers
• Drive, maintain and properly operate equipment

Requirements:

• Strong values, positive attitude, desire to be successful
• Must have a drivers license and transportation to and from work
• Team Player: While you will often work alone, you will have to be a part of a team
• Hard Worker: While this job isn't extremely labor intensive, you will have to work in hot and cold weather, lift 50 lbs. and walk long distances
