Essential Job Functions
Position: Casino Attendant
Department: Slot Department
Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, orderingresponsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
·Act as a customer service representative while onthe gaming floor.
·Distribute change to guests as needed.
·Respond to jackpots, paper fills and repair slotmachines when needed.
·Knowledgeableon the slot layout and services available
·Knowledgeable on all casino promotions.
·Knowledgeable on Players Club rewards program.
·Issue new and replacement players cards as needed.
Secondary Responsibilities:
·Greets all customers
·Maintains accurate service logs when entering amachine
·Performs job duties in a manner that complies withdepartment and Gaming Enterprise internal controls, policies, and procedures aswell as federal and state gaming laws, ordinances, and regulations.
·Consistentlyinteracts with the guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
·Maintains a clean, safe, and hazard free workenvironment within their area of responsibility.

·Must be able to work any shift, any days, andavailable on holidays.
