They are looking for a new Director of Maintenance to help maintain operations within an organization.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and manage unscheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Inspect, maintain, and tests fire alarm and emergency systems in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Maintain appropriate records of test results
- Provide regular written updates to the Board of Directors, management, and shareholders on the progress of capital and maintenance projects
- Handle violations efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and compliance
- Ensure prompt response and resolution of maintenance requests
- Supervise the superintendent and assistant superintendent and approve disciplinary actions against maintenance staff in consultation with the GM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 3 years of property management or similar industry experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to oversee project planning, execution, and completion
- Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
