Maintenance Branch Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager for our Duncan, SC Commercial Maintenance division. This role is crucial for the success of our business unit, encompassing business development, account management, people development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management: Monitor branch safety records and implement methods to enhance workplace safety.
• Client Relationship Management: Guide Account Managers in managing client relationships and develop long-term relationships with valued clients.
• Operations Oversight: Manage Operations and Production teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity in the field.
• Strategic Planning: Develop long and short-term strategic business plans and perform financial and accounting tasks, including annual budgeting and tracking branch performance.
• Contract and Asset Management: Ensure timely and accurate billing, correct contract execution, and proper use and care of branch assets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in landscape maintenance or industry experience in a high leadership role.
• Leadership: Proven ability to build strong teams and client relationships, driving strong business performance.
• People Development: Demonstrated skills in developing and managing team performance.
• Project Management: Effective skills in project and time management, team motivation, decision making, and technology (MS Office and costing/estimating packages).
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Technology: Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Multitasking: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
