The case manager (CM) should have knowledge of the preparation of demands and knowledge of Florida's personal injury law. The CM must be able to communicate clearly with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives. You will be working with attorneys to research case damages, compose and send demand letters and correspondence, and utilize existing files and other research resources to gather facts and retrieve information to develop cases.
