Position Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to oversee the

daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

property management, and excellent communication skills. This role involves managing

tenant and owner relations, property maintenance, leasing, and ensuring compliance

with all applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Tenant Relations:

○ Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

○ Conduct property showings and manage lease agreements.

○ Facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and

documentation.

○ Provide on-call tenant assistance on a rotating basis.

● Property Maintenance:

○ Oversee regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and

repairs.

● Financial Management:

○ Handle delinquent accounts in accordance with company policies.

○ Generate financial reports and provide regular updates to property

owners.

○ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

● Regulatory Compliance:

○ Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting property

management.

○ Ensure properties comply with all relevant health, safety, and building

codes.

○ Handle legal issues related to property management, such as evictions

and disputes, in coordination with legal counsel.

● Administrative Duties:

○ Maintain accurate records of property operations, including tenant files,

maintenance logs, and financial documents.

○ Utilize property management software to streamline operations and

enhance efficiency.

○ Prepare detailed reports for property owners and the management team.

Requirements:

● A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or a related field.

● Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and

procedures.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in property management software.

● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
