Job DescriptionWe are searching for a Plant Manager to support our operations teams in the manufacturing industry.
Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction has fueled our success in the market. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Provide visionary leadership to the production line workers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Supervise and mentor plant personnel, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Production Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and production targets for household cleaners.
Create and maintain efficient production schedules, optimizing resource utilization.
Monitor and adjust production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure the production of superior household cleaners.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Lead initiatives to continuously improve production processes and enhance product quality.
Safety and Compliance:
Establish and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Investigate and report accidents or incidents, taking corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Cost Management:
Monitor operational costs and manage the budget to ensure cost-effective production.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and procurement processes.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Identify opportunities to upgrade or replace equipment to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the household cleaners industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Manufacturing or related field preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Previous Experience In Production, Manufacturing, Or Other Related FieldsKnowledge of production tools and equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
