The Growing Place, Inc is seeking BCBAs that encompass our vision of growth, love, and collaboration to improve the lives of the children and families we serve. The Growing Place provides ABA therapy to children at our clinics in Anderson and at our partner schools within Anderson.

Our Madison Avenue location is home to our early learning center. We serve children ages 2-7 at this location and provide a variety of different learning opportunities. This center is newly renovated and sits on over 3 acres of green space. Our campus continues to expand its space and resources for the Anderson community.

Our 53rd Street team serves our patients ages 8-18. Our school-aged children attend this location and have access to opportunities that will develop daily living skills, school readiness skills, as well as social and communication skills.

The Growing Place will be expanding their services to Elwood and Pendleton in 2024! These clinics will be just as wonderful as our two current locations.

Both of our clinics have state-of-the-art sensory gyms, mock classrooms, a full kitchen/cafeteria, sensory rooms, and therapy areas. We utilize a company van to provide transportation to and from community outings in order to practice and generalize skills. The Growing Place staff also serve the local school district through our team of BCBAs and RBTs because we believe that a team approach maximizes the services and growth for our patients.

As a BCBA at The Growing Place, you will hold a caseload of 6-9 children while working in the clinic setting. Opportunities to collaborate and meet with other BCBAs are scheduled at least once per week to discuss the progress of your caseload. On work from home day is also scheduled weekly for BCBAs so that they can focus on paperwork and documentation without distraction. Other professional opportunities such as collaborating with other disciplines, serving schools, and assisting in auxiliary therapies are fulfilling and help to build experience. Our facilities provide a unique space for opportunities to participate in a home-like atmosphere, classroom-like environments, as well as the community setting as needed. Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
