The Guidance Center (TGC) is the Community Mental Health Center for Leavenworth, Atchison, and Jefferson counties in Kansas. We treat everyone with the same quality of care, regardless of their ability to pay. As an employee of TGC, you’ll have the opportunity to help the most vulnerable population in Kansas. Most of our clients are below the poverty line and many experiences homelessness. We are the only provider that offers therapy, case management, psychosocial, and medication services all at the same site. Driver- Ride LV Primary Duties:

• Provide scheduled and on-demand public transportation throughout Leavenworth County
• Provide wheelchair procurement/safety/sensitivity for any non-ambulatory passengers
• Maintain records of transportation services provided included number of miles driven, time spent, gallons of gas used

Salary and Benefits for Driver:

• Hourly pay rate of $16.00 to $18.40 based on relevant work experience

Minimum Qualifications for Driver:

Required: 

• High School Diploma or GED and Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and DOT physical is required for this position
