We are currently seeking qualified professional to join our agency. Located in Southgate (SE Michigan), we have immediate openings for Therapists available in our adult outpatient program, substance use disorder, DBT and Mental Health Therapist as well as the Children’s outpatient, IDD and Kids-TALK programs. New grads and soon to be grads with internship experience are encouraged to apply.

These positions offer a $3,000 sign on bonus and incentive opportunities each pay period!

We have a market-based compensation structure. The estimated salary for this position will vary based on a candidate's transferable work experience and qualifications. Annual salary starts $51,519.00. The range provided is just one component of total compensation including a comprehensive benefit package of affordable medical plans, employer paid dental, vision and long-term disability, 401(K) with employer contribution, flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, licensed supervision and eligibility for biweekly incentives.

Since 1958 The Guidance Center has been committed to its mission to strengthen families and change lives. Throughout the last six decades the agency has maintained a collaborative relationship with its local communities and schools to support adults and children experiencing mental health difficulties and other challenges. A group of concerned residents and educators recognized the need for mental health services in our area and joined forces in 1958 to help form The Guidance Center. Since then, we have worked as a team to respond to the needs of children, adults and families in southeast Michigan.
