Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house area, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- Interview, hire, and train new front of house employees
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Utilize TOAST POS system to process orders and payments accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery of orders
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in using TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage service standards
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Basic culinary knowledge to assist with food preparation if needed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Previous experience in hospitality management is a plus

Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,053.85 per year
