*Overview* We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a restaurant setting. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave - Manage the seating chart to ensure guests are seated promptly - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Assist with take-out orders and package them accurately - Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth guest service - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand *Requirements* - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is preferred - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner - Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Knowledge of food service procedures and practices - Professional phone etiquette and strong organizational skills
