As a Customer Service Representative at The Hartford, your primary role is to provide service to policyholders and claimants in response to notice of auto physical damage, workers’ compensation, liability and property losses.
You will work with customers in taking new losses, resolving / answering inquiries, responding to information requests, and processing minor claims.

This is a remote opportunity working in proximity to our Naperville, IL or Lake Mary, FL locations.
While you will have a remote work arrangement there may be a future expectation to follow our Hybrid Work Model of coming into the office as business needs arise.
You will have a maximum of two attempts to pass with a score of 80%. Continued employment with The Hartford is contingent upon you successfully passing the exam by the end of classroom new hire training.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
The annualized base pay range for this role is :
