As a Customer Relationship Specialist, your primary role is to provide support and an effortless experience to policyholders.
You will work with customers regarding insurance questions, policy changes, and billing needs. This is an entry level position in our contact center and provides excellent career pathways into our organization that may include additional skill building opportunities.
With a detailed road map for learning opportunities and managers who are trained to coach and guide toward career development, you will be equipped with the right tools to build a long-lasting and evolving professional career.
LOCATION : This role will have a 100% Remote Work arrangement. However, to broaden career growth, collaboration, and cross-functional interaction to network with colleagues and leadership you must reside within a commutable distance to our San Antonio, TX, Charlotte, NC, Lake Mary, FL, Naperville, IL, and Hartford, CT offices.
Training and Post Training Hours : Monday - Friday 10 : 30 AM-7 : 00 PM EST (First 8 weeks mandatory attendance)

Excellent communication skills with ability to empathize with customers and colleagues.AdaptabilityHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Spanish bilingual a plus.

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role.
The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
The annualized base pay range for this role is :
$40,685 - $61,027
