Responsibilities

• Must be able to work on a wide range of projects including, but not limited to, implementations and upgrades, process re-design improvement and organizational change.
• Develop and execute coaching plan for individual and team communication process improvement and effectiveness.
• Responsible for assessing change impacts of business solutions/projects and translate into business value focused communications and presentations.
• Responsible for compiling or assisting with various monthly and quarterly reports for key programs and efforts.
• Draft communications appropriate for executive level consumption.
• Acts as an informal resource for others with less experience in the development of OCM plans.
• Resource to others in completing Business Process Mapping for key programs.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of related work experience
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry
• Must have experience in Change Management & Training

• Advanced communication skills
• Experience in Business Process Mapping
• Intermediate level experience with Vizio software
• Advanced level experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience with group/meeting facilitation
