We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator on 3rd shift in the Printing department. Job Description:

• Ability to make minor adjustments to the machine to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ability to inspect finished product and pack according to company standards.
• Must be able to perform minor routine maintenance on equipment including maintaining ink levels, clearing jams and cleaning plates and blankets.
• Must be able to assist with training of new employees.
• Must be able to read product Specification Sheets.
• Must be able to work safely and foster a safe work environment.
• Support all company policies and procedures including 5S and focused work teams.

Qualifications:

• Shift available: 11:00pm-7:30am, Monday through Friday.
• Additional $0.75/hr. Shift Differential for working the graveyard shift.
• Training on 1st or 2nd shift for a period of time, then would move to the 3rd shift.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Basic Skills: Critical thinking, reading comprehension and basic calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes.
• Excellent attendance record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.38 per hour
