- Responsible for HR / Payroll Functions
- Recruiting C.N.A., L.P.N. and R.N.’s
- Pre-screening of all staff
- Developing relationships with internal staff
Requirements of Human Resources Coordinator :
- Prior Long-Term Care HR / payroll experience
- Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate good communication / phone skills
- HR / Payroll / Recruiting : 1 year preferred
