**Summary**

The front desk agent is the primary point of contact for guests in the Hotel. First and foremost your job will be to ensure guest satisfaction by assisting guests with a friendly but professional disposition and relentless courtesy. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Welcoming and checking in guests

* Explaining the accommodations and amenities provided at the Hermitage

* Assisting with a wide variety of guest requests and determining which department or manager to refer those requests to

* Answering the phones with correct verbiage

* Checking out guests and explaining their bill
