Role Description

Join our dynamic and innovative team at Hermoza, a leading luxury direct-to-consumer brand specializing in swimwear, resort wear, and dresses. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship, unique designs, and exceptional customer experience, we're dedicated to redefining luxury fashion in the digital age. As we continue to expand our reach and elevate our brand presence, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to drive our wholesale growth strategy.

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, sales management, business development, account management, and overall sales performance. They will work remotely and full-time to develop and execute sales strategies, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and drive business growth.

Qualifications

· Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management skills

· Experience in retail

· Experience in

· Business Development and Account Management experience

· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and remotely

· Experience in the fashion industry is a plus

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

· Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the women's swimwear and dresswear industry, with a focus on wholesale distribution channels.

· Established network of contacts and relationships within the luxury retail sector, including boutique stores, hotels, resorts, and big-box retailers.

· Strong entrepreneurial spirit and startup mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
